The city of Saumur is located in Northwest France, near the Loire River.

Coming to Saumur

Saumur is easily reached by train from Paris or Nantes. You can book your train ticket here.

If you come to France by plane, either :

Fly to Paris-Charles de Gaulle (Roissy) Airport. There are a few direct trains from Paris-CDG airport to Angers, see this link. Else you'll first have to reach Paris Montparnasse train station : Either take RER B to Denfert-Rochereau Metro station and then Metro line 6 to Paris Montparnasse station, or take a bus Air France (direct from Paris-CDG to Montparnasse). You will then have to reach Paris Montparnasse train station : Either take ORLYVAL (light train) to Antony station, then take RER B to Denfert-Rochereau Metro station and then Metro line 6 to Paris Montparnasse station, or take a bus Air France (direct from Paris-Orly to Montparnasse). Fly to Nantes Airport. The Airport shuttle bus links the Nantes Atlantique International Airport directly to Nantes Train Station in 20 minutes. More information here.

Participants will stay at Hôtel Ibis Styles Saumur Gare Centre . The hotel is in front of the train station.

The conference center will be located at Campus de Saumur (IFSI IFAS), 80 rue des îles, 49400 Saumur. It's about five minutes' walk from the hotel.
